Size Issues
If you received the wrong size, we are happy to exchange your item. Please note that our size chart is available on our website — we encourage all customers to review it carefully before placing an order. If the size issue is a result of our error, the exchange will be completely free of charge. If the size was selected incorrectly by the customer, we will not be able to process an exchange.
Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to an error on our end, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Defects or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
